Isaiah 24 paints a striking picture of the earth’s future: “The earth mourns and fades away, the world languishes and fades away… the earth is defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the laws.” (Isaiah 24:4–5 NKJV)

Today’s environmental movement tells us the earth is dying because of man’s pollution. But Scripture tells us the deeper issue is man’s rebellion against God. Sin—not climate—is the root cause of the earth’s groaning.

The Danger of Deception

Environmentalists have replaced the Creator with creation. Instead of worshiping God, they worship the planet. Romans 1:25 warns about exchanging the truth of God for a lie, and this lie is blinding many today. It’s preparing the way for the Antichrist, who will offer global solutions while hiding the truth of God’s judgment.

Prophecy Keeps Us Grounded

God gave us prophecy to prepare, not to scare. Second Thessalonians 2:10–11 tells us that those who reject truth will be given over to strong delusion. But when we anchor ourselves in Scripture, we stand firm. Jesus is still Lord, and His Word still holds true.

Affirmative Declaration

I will not be deceived by the lies of this world. I will stand firm on God’s Word, trust in His promises, and boldly proclaim Jesus as the only hope for humanity.
