For more than 30 years, he has served in pastoral leadership, evangelism, healing and prophecy ministries, and teaching. Dr Bill’s greatest calling has always been preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is a charismatic pastor who believes in the gifts of the Spirit, the power of prayer, and the urgent need to equip believers to share their faith with boldness.
Dr Zeltman is passionate about making the Word of God practical and powerful in everyday life. Whether through online broadcasts, daily devotionals, or local outreach, his heart is to encourage believers, win the lost, and build up the body of Christ.
