Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Bill Zeltman has been serving in ministry for parts of four decades, with a Spirit-filled passion to see the lost come to salvation and believers walk in the fullness of God’s promises. His heart is to teach, encourage, and equip Christians to live out their faith boldly, joyfully, and biblically in everyday life.
Bill holds an MBA in Marketing and a PhD in Organizational Leadership and Christian Ministry, combining his background in communication and leadership with a lifelong calling to preach and teach God’s Word. Whether through short videos, blog devotionals, or one-on-one encouragement, his mission is clear: to help others walk daily in the Word and grow into the abundant life Jesus promised.
Through Walking in the Word – Bill Zeltman Ministries, he shares biblical insight, Spirit-led truth, and practical encouragement for anyone seeking to deepen their walk with Christ.

Statement of Faith

1. The Inspired Word of God
We believe the Bible is the inerrant, inspired Word of the living God—His revelation to humanity. It is the infallible and final authority for faith, life, and conduct. Scripture interprets Scripture, and the Word is absolute truth.

2. The One True God
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man—Emmanuel, God with us.

3. Humanity, the Fall, and Redemption
God created mankind in His image, good and upright. Through voluntary sin, humanity fell, and our only hope of redemption is through Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

4. Salvation by Grace Through Faith
We believe that salvation comes by God’s grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
- A. Conditions of Salvation: Repentance, regeneration by the Holy Spirit, and justification by grace through faith.

5. Water Baptism
We believe in water baptism by immersion for all believers. It is a public declaration of faith—symbolizing cleansing, death to sin, and resurrection to new life in Christ.

6. The Virgin Birth and Resurrection of Christ
We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ and His bodily resurrection, which affirm His divinity and our hope in eternal life.

7. The Baptism in the Holy Spirit
We believe in the Baptism in the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience following salvation. This gift empowers believers for service, deepens spiritual life, and enables the operation of spiritual gifts.

8. Living a Holy Life
We are called to a life of holiness and obedience to God’s Word. By the power of the Holy Spirit, believers are enabled to walk in purity, righteousness, and spiritual maturity.

9. Biblical Marriage
We believe that marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed by God from the beginning of creation.

10. The Church
The Church is the Body of Christ, made up of Spirit-born believers. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church, and each member is called to fellowship, spiritual growth, and service.

11. Evangelism and Missions
We believe in the Great Commission — that every believer is called to share the Gospel, make disciples, and build up the Body of Christ.

12. Divine Healing
We believe that healing is provided in the atonement of Christ. Physical, emotional, and spiritual healing are available to all who believe.

13. The Second Coming of Jesus Christ
We believe in the literal, imminent return of Jesus Christ, including the rapture of the Church, the tribulation, His millennial reign, and the final judgment. We look forward to a new heaven and a new earth where righteousness dwells.
