Too many Christians today are living double-minded lives. They want the blessing of heaven on Sunday morning but spend the rest of the week chasing the world. But the Bible makes it clear—this is not Christianity. It’s deception.

Enemies of the Cross

Paul wept when he wrote about those who live as “enemies of the cross of Christ” (Philippians 3:18). Lukewarm faith is not harmless—it is offensive to God. Revelation 3:16 warns us that those who are neither hot nor cold will be spit out of His mouth.

No Inheritance for the Unrighteous

1 Corinthians 6:9–10 reminds us that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s kingdom. We cannot cling to sin and expect the rewards of righteousness. Christianity is not a license to sin—it is a call to holiness.

Imitate Christ’s Example

Paul tells us to imitate him and follow his example (Philippians 3:17). But ultimately, we are called to follow Christ, who said, “You are My friends if you do whatever I command you” (John 15:14). Friendship with Jesus requires obedience.

Enough Is Enough

1 Peter 4:3 declares that we’ve already spent enough time in sinful living. It’s time to declare, “Enough is enough!” and surrender fully to Jesus.

Affirmative Declaration

I will not live a lukewarm life. I surrender all to Jesus—my past, present, and future. I choose to walk in obedience and live fully devoted to Christ.
